Background Activation of GPS and Bluetooth
Our mobile applications (InVirtus Tools, InVirtus PO Monitoring, and Track&Park) offer a "background scan" feature that allows users to geolocate devices around them using their smartphone. To enable this feature, our application activates GPS and Bluetooth in the background, even when the application is closed. This allows the application to detect devices equipped with Bluetooth near the user.
Collection and Use of GPS Data
When the "background scan" feature is enabled, our application may collect and use the user's GPS location data. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the device geolocation services nearby. We do not collect, store, or use GPS data for any other purpose.
Privacy of GPS Data
The user has full control over enabling or disabling the "background scan" feature in our application. If you do not wish to have your GPS and Bluetooth activated in the background, you can disable this feature in the application settings.
